The Center conducts consultancy activities based on academic knowledge in the areas of development policies, institutional capacity building, strategic planning, project design, impact analysis, monitoring and evaluation, regional development, social policy, sustainability and governance.
In consultancy processes, scientific methodology, data-driven analysis and holistic assessment of institutional needs serve as the foundation. In this context, the Center aims to provide quality academic contributions to development-oriented decision-making processes by working in collaboration with public institutions, local governments, international organizations, civil society organizations, private sector representatives and academic institutions.
