It contributes to the preparation of development and strategic plans at the macro, meso and micro levels, to project design and to the implementation of planned projects. It generates strategic knowledge to maximize the thinking performance of leaders on development issues and to help them make sound strategic decisions.

Our Understanding of Development
At KARMER, we embrace a development understanding centered on economic growth, social well-being and environmental sustainability. We believe that growth and development efforts must be oriented toward ensuring the peace and happiness of people and allowing all living beings in nature to sustain their existence within their own ecosystems. In this direction, we work in collaboration with a wide network of stakeholders at the regional, national and international levels.
We regard justice, competition and efficiency as fundamental principles in development processes; we prioritize respect for property rights, freedom of enterprise and inclusive growth. By closely following technological advances and methodological innovations, we focus on producing solutions that support not only economic development but also social and environmental sustainability.
